Baked Christmas Ham

Ingredients

1 piece of Christmas ham
1 cup Prune Juice ORCHARD
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Sliced ​​pineapple syrup
1 can Pineapple slices Proluxsa HOME (for garnish)
1 large onion, sliced ​​fine
1 can of small cherries (for garnish)

Preparation

In glass baking pan Pyrex type place a bed of onions, then put the piece of ham on top grated into diamonds.
Mix Prune Juice ORCHARD, brown sugar and sliced ​​pineapple syrup. With this mixture bathe ham.
Cover with foil and bake 1 ½ hours at 350 C Ëš. Then uncover and put to brown for 25 minutes.
The whole result of cooking juice and onion are liquefied in order to obtain the sauce. Cut the ham to taste.
