Ingredients

¾ cups of rice
1 pound pork chops sauteed previously
½ teaspoon oregano
3 whole coriander leaves
½ medium onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
Crushed grain pepper and salt
OPTIONAL: CONGO Hot Sauce to taste

1 large onion, sliced
1 large tomato chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon achiote
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Preparation

Pour the beans Chiricanos Proluxsa HOME on a pot along with 2 ½ cups water and rice. Once boiling add the remaining ingredients. Cook until rice is tender, stirring often.
Saute garlic in medium-hot oil, add the sliced ​​onion and then tomatoes, salt and annatto. Please cover, simmer for 3 minutes, stir and serve over rice and beans.
