Steak Picado to China Low in Salt

Ingredients

2 pounds beef steak, cut into strips
China Salsa 1 cup Low in Salt Proluxsa
Criollo Marinade ½ cup Proluxsa
½ pound of onion julienne
½ green pepper julienne
½ red pepper julienne
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

In a deep skillet heat the oil and fry the onions. Since onions golden, add the steak. When cooked add
China Salsa Proluxsa Low Salt, Adobo Criollo Proluxsa and cook for 15-20 min and simmer covered.
