2 pounds of diced beets
1 (15 oz) can of palm
1 head romaine lettuce
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons minced onion
4 tablespoons of Adobo Criollo Proluxsa
White vinegar 2 tablespoons Proluxsa
Optional: 1 teaspoon Spicy CONGO Antillean
Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
