4 medium potatoes

Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, split them in half and drain. In a hot pan add the

China Ginger Proluxsa and celery. Apart boil in 3 tablespoons water and saffron in a hot pan
melt the butter. Pour the saffron water over potatoes, mix well and serve.
