Raisins Jam

Ingredients

1 liter ORCHARD Grape Juice
1 pound raisins
5 grams of unflavored gelatin
1 pound white sugar

Preparation

n pan heat all ingredients except gelatin. Besides, hydrate gelatin in two
tablespoons cold water. After a few minutes in the microwave heating, power "unfreeze"
for 30 seconds. Add the gelatin diluted fruit and cook stirring with a spoon
wooden high heat until it turns thick body. Let cool and put in jars.
