Steamed Sea Bass slices English Sauce

Ingredients

8 slices of sea bass from 8 to 10 oz c / u
½ liter of water
Worcestershire Sauce 1 cup Proluxsa

Preparation

In a large saucepan place the slices of sea bass. Bathing with water diluted with Worcestershire Sauce
Proluxsa and cook for 1 hour over medium heat covered. Serve dipped slightly by
broth produced by themselves. Serve with watercress salad or cabbage.
