Pellets Corvina Ceviche Frito

Ingredients

½ gallon of sea bass ceviche
1 cup sifted flour
½ cup Spicy Chili Glaze CONGO
½ liter of oil for frying

Preparation


Drain the liquid from the ceviche. Sprinkle flour to form a dough with which
make balls. Fry the balls in hot oil. Bathing with Hot Pepper Glaze CONGO.
